We understand how difficult it is to give up your vehicle for the day. When your anticipated service/repair is for an extended period, Zimbrick Honda Service at Fish Hatchery Rd will provide you with a courtesy vehicle, by appointment, and when available. We also use Union Cab and Uber, available Monday through Saturday, to take you home or back to work within the City of Madison.
Courtesy Vehicle Use Requirements:
| Courtesy vehicles are provided on an appointment basis and cannot be reserved online. | Courtesy vehicle reservations will be held for one hour after your scheduled appointment time. | Courtesy vehicles must be returned the same day the repairs are completed. |
| Must be over 25-years old with a valid driver’s license and possess full coverage insurance. | Vehicle’s operation is limited to the driver designated on the courtesy vehicle use agreement. | Vehicles returned late or without approved extensions will be charged $40.00/day. |
| All courtesy vehicles are non-smoking and pet-free. You are responsible for the condition of the vehicle and replenishing fuel used. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges. | All tolls, traffic and parking violations are the responsibility of the driver. | EZ Pass violations will incur a $10.00 administration fee in addition to the toll and violation fees. |
