Bio: My career in customer service and the automotive industry started at a full service Sinclair gas station in Janesville, WI. After graduating high school, I attended Universal Technical Institute. While there, I expanded my knowledge of the computer controlled automobile, with the goal of becoming an automotive technician. After graduation, I enrolled into VASTT (Volkswagen of America Service Technical Training). I graduated the VASTT program and accepted a position with a Volkswagen dealership near Denver, CO. Spending time in Denver, I expanded my technical knowledge further as a flat rate technician. I spent my free time at ski & snow board resorts during the winter and mountain biking & whitewater rafting in the summer. During my time with VW, I was promoted to Service Consultant. My technical knowledge of the vehicle, as well as my skills in customer service both assisted me in relaying very technical information from factory trained technicians to the owners of the vehicles. Seeking a change of scenery, I joined the Marine Corps. As an Honor Graduate of the Automotive Organization Maintenance course, my military occupational specialty was Motor Transport Maintenance. I joined the Zimbrick Honda service department in June of 2004. I started as an express oil & filter change consultant, and have since been promoted to Assistant Service Manager. I continue to use my customer service skills & technical knowledge to assist Honda owners. My favorite part of my job is assisting Honda owners, and explaining the unique features of their vehicle. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors. Fishing & bike riding, as well as camping. I also enjoy car shows & attending sporting events. My wife Angie & I reside in Rock Co., and currently have one son named Ty. I enjoy working with a quality product in Honda, and look forward to meeting new people and assisting in any way that I can.
